Who we are

Kivulink LLC, doing business as Kivulink Insurance Services, is an independent insurance agency and professional tax firm based in Houston, Texas, National Producer Number 22182172. We are licensed in ten states and offer insurance products only where we hold a licence and a carrier appointment.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government agency, the federal Health Insurance Marketplace, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, or the Social Security Administration. Our Texas licence can be verified at tdi.texas.gov.

Quotes and coverage

• This website is information and a way to reach us. It is not an offer of insurance and nothing on it binds coverage.
• Any figure shown before a completed application is an estimate. Final premium and eligibility depend on the carrier's underwriting and on facts we cannot see from a form — driving record, property details, health history, age, state, and the plan year in effect.
• Coverage begins only when a carrier issues a policy and states an effective date in writing. An email, a text or a conversation with us is not coverage.
• Where a policy and anything on this site disagree, the policy governs. Read it.
• Carriers pay us a commission when a policy is placed. On Medicare products that commission is set by the carrier and costs you nothing extra. We will tell you how we are paid on any product if you ask.

Calculators and checklists

The subsidy repayment calculator and the document checklists under Community resources are educational tools. They use published federal figures and official document lists that were current when the page was built, and those change.

• A calculator result is an estimate, not a determination. Only the Marketplace can determine your subsidy, and only the IRS can settle what you owe.
• A checklist is a starting point. USCIS, the National Visa Center and the Department of State set the actual requirements and revise them without notice. Confirm every item against the official instructions for your form before you file, and confirm every fee on the current USCIS fee schedule.
• These tools do not create a client relationship and are free to use.

Tax and immigration services

Kivulink provides immigration form preparation only. We are not attorneys, we do not provide legal advice, and we do not represent anyone before USCIS or any court. If your matter needs legal judgement, we will tell you so and encourage you to speak with an immigration attorney.

For tax preparation, we prepare returns from the information and documents you give us. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of what you provide, and for reviewing the return before it is signed and filed. Tax preparation is not legal advice.

Consent to be contacted

When you submit a form here with your phone number or email address, you agree that a licensed Kivulink representative may contact you about that request — by phone, text message or email — including with an automated dialling system where one is used. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of buying anything. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or tell us and we will stop.

Third-party links

We link to carrier enrollment platforms, government sites and a scheduling tool. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, their availability, or what they do with information you give them. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave this site.

The text, design, photographs and code on this site are © 2026 Kivulink LLC. Carrier names and logos are the property of their owners and appear here to identify the companies we are appointed with. You may read, print and share these pages for your own use. You may not copy the site for a competing business, scrape it in bulk, or attempt to gain access to any part of it that is not published.

Disclaimers and liability

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. We do not warrant that every figure is current, that the site will be uninterrupted, or that it is free of error. To the fullest extent the law allows, Kivulink LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits our obligations to you as your licensed agent under a policy actually placed, or any liability that cannot be limited under Texas law.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute about them belongs in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas. If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top; continuing to use the site after that is your acceptance of the change.
